At RAD Accessories we stand behind our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a no worries return for any product within 30 days of the original purchase.

•Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
•Item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
•RAD Accessories windshields are shipped with a protective film on both sides. If the film is removed, the item is not eligible for return.
•Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on returned items unless an exception is made by RAD Accessories.
•Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Exceptions to Return Policy
If you believe you have received the wrong product or a mistake was made with your order, do not hesitate to contact us by phone, email or the website via CONTACT US. If the mistake was ours, we will do what it takes to make sure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible and of course, no additional fees will apply.
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of RAD Accessories receiving the product. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Additional processing time may be required by your bank/card provider for the refund to show in your account.
